We again had a very pleasant stay in Hotel M in Ljubljana.
It was my fourth and not last time!
Again our room was extra clean and had everything we needed! I was sceptic about sleeping on sofa bed but it was just as comfortable as a normal bed!
The receptionists were just amazing!
The restaurant at breakfast time was full with guests but all the waiters and other workers were working fast, professional and even smili...

Excellent accommodation for our group, very friendly staff, everything was as we agreed.
The accommodation was full board, the food was excellent, and our coaches had no complaints.

Disappointing attitude towards customers, overpriced breakfast, out to get your money!

Shocking experience. We booked a double room, and were told we had a twin room at check in. I asked if it was possible to have the double that we booked and paid for (as the hotel was half empty) and the scruffy receptionist told us that it would cost 300 "or more" as they only have one double room left. Why we didn't get that double room I don't know. Of course we rejected this offer.

A beautiful hotel with nice size rooms - still no coffee :) - but equipped with what you would need.
The staff were very friendly and assisted in any queries we had....

The hotel is in a great location, the city center is just a short bus ride away.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is plentiful. Unfortunately, the rooms AC is noisy. We tried opening the window at night, but it overlooked the roof where the boiler house is located. The noise from the fans made it difficult to sleep. ...
