We were a group of 13 people, traveling to Ljubljana for a training course with our local partner. We had an amazing stay at M Hotel - comfortable, warm rooms, spacious bathrooms. The working room, which we rented at the hotel was spacious enough and well equipped with everything we need. We again had a very pleasant stay in Hotel M in Ljubljana.
It was my fourth and not last time!
Again our room was extra clean and had everything we needed! I was sceptic about sleeping on sofa bed but it was just as comfortable as a normal bed!

Excellent accommodation for our group, very friendly staff, everything was as we agreed.

Disappointing attitude towards customers, overpriced breakfast, out to get your money!

Shocking experience. We booked a double room, and were told we had a twin room at check in. I asked if it was possible to have the double that we booked and paid for (as the hotel was half empty) and the scruffy receptionist told us that it would cost 300 "or more" as they only have one double room left. Why we didn't get that double room I don't know. Of course we rejected this offer.
