We stayed at Abba Madrid Hotel in May 2025. After our stay, I realized I had forgotten my iPhone charger in the room. Although communication was a bit difficult at first, the hotel staff especially Virginia from Housekeeping showed great responsiveness. She prepared the package and handed it over to DHL, and the charger arrived safely. We sincerely thank her and the entire hotel team for their assistance and prof...

Due to location, near airport and removed from the center, we enjoy each stay. 2 metro stops are near and the restaurant and hotel personnel are strong points to the chain. We were able to book 2 family rooms (separate quarters for parents from kids) and look forward to our next stay....

Concert goers, in Madrid for 2 nights only, but what a great surprise

From the moment we arrived everything was superb. Check in (we were part of a large group) went without a hitch. Room was great, staff were brilliant. The buffet breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful. Cannot fault it, hence the five stars....

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it.
The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The shower and toilets are clean. We didn't lack anything in the room.
The breakfast buffet was rich with options even for those who avoid gluten and are sensitive to milk.
There are bus stops near the hotel, so you can easily get anywhere in the city.

Very close to the subway station and to the airport. You can reach the airport as well downtown Madrid by tube. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The rooms are really comfortable and large. The staff is wonderful and helpful : thanks to you all. These are the reasons Why I always book a room here when in Madrid...
