Well situated hotel in a calm area of Madrid. The room was rather nice but I didnt manage to put down the temperature and it was far too warm. The bed was comfy and the bathroom too. The crew was cool but check in a bit slow. Breakfast was rather tasty with a big choice....

Chill hotel in vibrant area

Great and helpful staff (Marta and Alejandro in particular), nice and quiet room with well-equipped bathoom. I would only add some brighter lights, or at least lights that can be adjusted to increase the brightness when needed. Extra bonus: refreshements (water, coffee and pastries/sweets) available throughout the day, which can make all the difference for an early start or after a long day at work....

We were really happy with the hotel. Staff was very helpful, though one front desk agent did not speak Spanish. Not a problem for us but could be an issue for others. We had the junior suite. We loved the two different rooms and large bathroom. Only downside - my boyfriend felt the shower water pressure was weak. We were greeted with sweets and cava for a birthday/anniversary celebration.
