Complacency as a business I believe as a lot of custom secured through airlines. Culture of service is not right. Few staff members demonstrated abruptness and rudeness serving others whilst still in mid conversation with yourself. Was served raw chicken one evening as well. Facilities available but only at limited times. I asked to complain and we had to wait for over an hour for someone from senior management the c...

On first evening we were greeted by hotel shuttle service and receptionist who were both excellent. However, things went downhill after that. The small print on the hotel information advise us that the out swimming pool would not be open until mid June, even though it came up as having the facility on our internet search and the temperature in Madrid was over 30'!

This hotel was great. We could not find last minute accommodations but this hotel had space thanks to god. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the front desk to the bar staff. The room was large and comfortable. A great value for the price! This hotel is in a quiet area close to a mall and grocery store. There is a good gym on the premesis as well. ...

Absolutely awful service at this hotel. I had a broken fridge and security box in my room. Requested a couple of wine glasses and were abrubtly told to get them from the bar; on asking the barman he offered paper cups and only provided the glasses after being forced to make a purchase.
