This hotel was wonderful! Beautiful room, lovely, helpful staff and free shuttle to/from the airport. I will definitely stay there again when in Madrid....

The airport pick up drop off bus was very good, couldn't say much as we only stayed overnight was handy having a Lidl store 300 yds away to pick up some supplies....

We had a one night stay as we'd travelled from the south east of Spain to fly from Madrid on a long haul flight.
The food in the restaurant was good. The shuttle service to the airport was good
I speak Spanish but when I asked the receptionist to speak a bit slower she smiled and carried on speaking rapidly. I managed to understand her. Just something to bear in mind if you have lots of different nationalities passi...

Misleading and poor customer service

Good place overall, but my experience was tainted by the receptionist, Andrea. When the airport shuttle left a minute early 9:29 instead of 9:30 from a completely different pick up place (or at least we were not told that the shuttle left from next door), instead of being helpful, she simply shrugged and blamed us. Air conditioning turned off

This hotel is modern and close to the airport. Free shuttle is provided to and from the airport. The beds are comfortable but the room was HOT. Apparently the air conditioning has been turned off for the season without regard for the room temp. We spent a miserable night before our flight home....
