great location for us as lovely neighbourhood close to Chamberà and easy walk into Justicias/Chamberi etc
clean rooms if a little small but still unsure how it can be labelled 5* given the lack of facilities - big beds with so-so bedding and poor A/C when used with ambient lighting from all the USBs/TV/AC that was so bright it had to be taped over to darken the room!

Wonderful Stay for First Time in Spain

Its our first time in Spain and with a larger family it was very challenging to find a room setup that offered privacy but also connection so wed be able to be with the kids and ensure they were ok. This hotel offered 3 rooms connected by a corridor which was entirely safe and still gave our family of six each their own space to sleep, shower and hang out.

I chose this hotel for my daughter and I to stay, its situated in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The hotel was perfect, welcoming, always willing to help and made us feel so comfortable! Our room we booked was the empress room with a terrace! The room was exceptionally clean, so quiet, air con was perfect and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy! Amazing really kind staff. Super clean and comfy rooms. The location was great as was the breakfast! The popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch....
