We selected Hotel Casa de las Artes through Chase Sapphire The Edit benefits. We were happy to be here. The hotel itself is beautiful and conveniently located, yet a bit out of the center of tourist crowds. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a touch of luxury. I expected more as this establishment is on American Express hotel collection. We waited 30 minutes or so at check in due to their check in process with other people also sitting or standing in cramped entry area. Uncertain if we received an upgrade room as offered if available, but our room was small, with limited or no clothing drawers or closets. Pros- excellent location to visit the city, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable room with nice towels, toiletries, fabulous breakfast
Cons- was looking forward to pool but its in a very central public location
Highly recommend this hotel!...
