Really lovely hotel, super friendly staff, a great breakfast with plenty of choice, an amazingly comfortable bed, and a nice, relaxing pool area. Nearby Calle de la Huertas offered many great dining options....

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel's architecture truly impresses. The staff is exceptional in every way and they really strive to deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish. The only negative aspect of this particular property are the rooms themselves: extremely small compared to other hotels of the same class....

I had such a bad experience during my stay in this hotel. The service was horrible! The personnel at the front desk were rude, ignored my request for service. They couldnt recommend any good restaurant or book any event. On the day of my departure, there were two doormen standing and no one offered any help with my luggage....

Our initial room was not so lovely and they chnaged us immediately to #104 (highly recommended) which was just at the top of the very grand staircase leading to a sumptuous lounge/bar/restaurant.
