I had such a bad experience during my stay in this hotel. The service was horrible! The personnel at the front desk were rude, ignored my request for service. They couldnt recommend any good restaurant or book any event. On the day of my departure, there were two doormen standing and no one offered any help with my luggage....

What a delightful hotel! Our initial room was not so lovely and they chnaged us immediately to #104 (highly recommended) which was just at the top of the very grand staircase leading to a sumptuous lounge/bar/restaurant. There is a glamourous feeling every time you go up or down, especially since our first stay there was just after Christmas and everything was opulantly decorated. Lovely hotel,
The ambience of the hotel is amazing, especially the breakfest venue. Staff is very helpful and I had my best cappuccinos here. Room is very small, we had a superior, bathroom has awful lightining, so sharp and light and impossible to adjust. Otherwise the room over all is amazing. We recived a bottle of wine and cheese upon arrival, so perfect start.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Everybody was so friendly and helpful in any way you could imagine. We enjoyed and the atmosphere was incredible. The Hotel was so beautiful decorated and has his charms in every corner. We will defiantly be back at this wonderful hotel. The food was also super great and the service as well. Breakfast was so good and all the staff did a great job and had always a smile on their face...

Quite nice, especially in the public areas of the hotel. Obviously made from a number of buildings knocked together, which leads to rooms and corridors with slightly odd shapes.
But they need to improve their communications and processes. They seemed disorganised and lacking in competence. They advertise feather bedding on their website. We have allergy issues, so cannot have this, and so added a note to our booking...
