The location is superb, right in the heart of Salamanca, one of the most walkable, ritziest neighborhoods in Miami. The in-person check in is great, the staff is super friendly. The online check-in is a nightmare. The rooms themselves are tiny tiny, with hardly any space to move around and over-priced because of that. Room was small but nice. Very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for metro and Movistar arena. My only complaint is that in the morning around 8am, the cleaning outside my room was very noisy. I would stay here again....

Best Hotel in Madrid in a prime location

Love this hotel and its central location. The Staff very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. Very nice, delicious options. Our room rate included breakfast. We can walk to pretty much anywhere from here. It's in the nice upscale Salamanca District of Madrid and the metro station is just outside the Hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Great location. Very handy for the metro, buses and only a few minutes from the Retiro park. Lots of shops and cafes near by. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean hotel. Kettle and coffee machine as well as a fridge in the room. Great choice at breakfast...

Perfect service, clean hotel nice staff - very helpful and friendly. Modern clean hotel. For sure Ill come again. Girls at the reception very nice and service at bar also. Also hotel recently renovated - I had very good room but I was upgraded....
