Nice hotel in central location.

Room was small but nice. Very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for metro and Movistar arena. My only complaint is that in the morning around 8am, the cleaning outside my room was very noisy. I would stay here again....

Best Hotel in Madrid in a prime location

Love this hotel and its central location. The Staff very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. Very nice, delicious options. Our room rate included breakfast. We can walk to pretty much anywhere from here. It's in the nice upscale Salamanca District of Madrid and the metro station is just outside the Hotel. We stayed 3 nights. Appreciate the help from the staff, Javier, Roberto and Juan ...

Great location. Very handy for the metro, buses and only a few minutes from the Retiro park. Lots of shops and cafes near by. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean hotel. Kettle and coffee machine as well as a fridge in the room. Great choice at breakfast...

Perfect service, clean hotel nice staff - very helpful and friendly. Modern clean hotel. For sure Ill come again. Girls at the reception very nice and service at bar also. Also hotel recently renovated - I had very good room but I was upgraded....

Very pleasant well located hotel

Very well located and very quiet rooms despite being on a very busy street. Pleasant bedrooms and very good bathroom with an excellent t walk-in shower giving great water pressure. Parquet floor throughout which I prefer for hygienic reasons. Only criticism is that there is only hanging for clothes and no cupboard/ shelves....
