The best location in Madrid.

The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled.
The only negative part was during check-in. We were informed that we had been upgraded to a room on the 5th floor with a Gran VÃa view, but the room wasnt ready and we were asked to return in two hours. When we came back, we were given a room on the 1st floor with a Gran VÃa view i...

A very well located hotel for exploring Madrid. Many attractions are within a reasonable walking distance, plus there are buses right outside the hotel. Our room overlooked an internal courtyard, so no view, but it meant it was very quiet. A big comfortable bed. The lobby to the room gave us somewhere to put the luggage. The bathroom was small, but with a large shower. It had a hand held and rainfall heads. However t...

The hotel is very well located and backed by a good chain, but our experience was not quite like that. We arrived from the airport and the taxi couldn't get there because there was a festival blocking everything. After walking 14 blocks and taking another taxi, we finally arrived at the lobby, but the building had no electricity! Well, we left our luggage and the bed wasn't a real king size, but two small beds pushed...

The hotel is well located for all main attractions in Madrid. Everything is in walking distance & there is also a free city bus if you need it. Breakfast was excellent and bar prices were fair. Everything was fantastic!! The breakfest very diverse and tasteful, Polite and helpfull employees. Room with a confortable bed and bathroon with good towells....
