Helpful staff, lovely rooms, very clean and excellent location for shopping and transport links l, very close to gran via metro which seems an excellent metro system. Also central for the tour buses, we were in town for fashion week but so much to see and shops were great! Will visit again, great hotel. ...

Best hotel in Madrid

I couldnt recommend this hotel enough, the location is perfect as you are in Granvia. The bed was the comfiest bed Ive ever slept in and the staff was so lovely especially Dario. I went for my birthday with my husband, and I can say it was the perfect choice of hotel....

Great stay in Catalonia Gran Via!

The room was nice and clean. It was the best location for us on our first trip to Spain and Europe as suggested by my friend Ana who lives in Madrid. We stayed there for two nights from Dec. 4-6. The breakfast was superb. Most of the staff of the hotel were nice to us but shoutout to Mailyn in the buffet breakfast area. We had to leave very early for our Florence trip and she helped us to have a quick breakfast. We ...

Well located within 20 minutes walk of archeological museum, martime museum and Egyptian temple. Unusual layout as the hotel was previously two buildings as evidence the two staircases (one near reception and the other at the far end of the hall.) BTW upon arrival it's worth making your way to the far end of the hall to use the elevator there. Elevators are very tiny, and those at reception are extremely busy. Bar i...

A fabulous location

We recently stayed 2 nights as part of a tour and had a positive experience. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a good location. Our room was a little tight with our suitcases but the bathroom was amazing with 2 sinks and very large. We did have a balcony but were unable to access it as it was being worked on. We would have enjoyed the view. There was also quite a bit of electrical work being done in our ceiling....
