Be careful when making a reservation

The hotel advertises completely different room photos on its official sources, but when guests arrive, they are placed in different rooms. None of the official sources specify that some of the rooms are located in the basement. The hotel attracts guests with misleading photos, while the actual accommodation they receive is entirely different from what was advertised....

Unhappy guest for the price paid, felt more like a hostel than a upper scale hotel

Location and room was great, but hotel going thru construction so one of the three elevators work, so you carry you bags up, hallway are dirty and full of dust from constrution, and worst if your planning summer and want to cool off at pool beware there is only room for 8 guest chairs at the pool area, for the entire hotel guests, and pool if very very small, so that will be a squeeze to enjoy the pool...

Great hotel and the locatipn is just perfect! The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really tasty and selection very varied including fruit salad, potato omelet etc. Allthough our room was faced to Gran Via the street noise was not a problem at all....

Terrible - No Water Supply for Two Days

We booked a rooftop Luxury room with private jacuzzi deck for a 2 night, weekend stay in Madrid,
The hotel was situated on Gran Via (the principal thoroughfare in Madrid) and right at the heart of the City Centre.
The problem? - upon arrival - the hotel had NO MAINS WATER FOR 2 DAYS !
We could not wash (other than in the Jacuzzi). We could not brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. The same was true for every ro...

Family-friendly, awesome location, spotless rooms, and super helpful staff!
We enjoyed a pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with any information we needed. The food was good, and my daughters particularly loved sleeping on the bump beds....
