An excellent hotel located in the heart of the city. Quiet, very comfortable rooms. Daily maitenance and cleaning made our stay very enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and relaxed atmosphere....

I stayed here for 5nights. The room was a good size for a standard room. Plenty of hot water and space in the bathroom for toiletries. We enjoyed a welcome drink on the first night. The only negative was a lack of gluten free options on the bar menu. The waiter was unsure what was gluten free. There was a gluten free station at the breakfast buffet and they would heat gluten free rolls if you requested it. The hotel ...

My wife and I stayed at Catalonia Plaza Mayor from May 19 to May 25 and it exceeded all expectations. Cezar at the front desk made sure our room availability was sped up as we got to the hotel at 10 am with jet lag. He made sure our checked bags were in our room when we entered, and went out of his way to get us an extra chair and towels. This hotel really nails it on all fronts. Service, cleanliness, quality, location, spacious, beautifully appointed rooms, and bathrooms. Excellent water pressure. All the amenities one would need as a tourist, like a gym, an on-site bar, and breakfast. I did not try the breakfast because the nearby options were simply amazing. It is hard to beat this hotels combination of very central location, nice rooms, and very helpful staff. The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful during our check-in, and made excellent recommendations and reservation for our dinners. This hotel is definitely a good value....
