Great location, helpful staff. We appreciated the cold fruit water each afternoon when we came to rest before heading out again. One bed leaned outward a bit. Windows could be opened or closed. Good storage....

Nice central hotel.
Staff were helpful and everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was big and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit on the pricey side so we went out....

What a delight to stay here. Excellent central hotel close to everything, tourist spots train station and restaurants. Cold lemon water at entrance, large variety for breakfast very attentive staff and lovely clean modern rooms of a good size, great size bathroom well stocked. Location is everything here and this made visiting tourist attractions so much easier and having the large station handy was a plus for extra ...

We stayed for just one night on our way home after visiting Cadiz and Seville and were very pleased with our choice, especially when comparing the value for money compared to many other hotels in the area.
As we arrived by train into Atocha Station and wanted to catch the airport express bus from there the next day, this hotel is in a perfect position without the need to use any taxis.

Madrid was the last stop in our Marrakech/Andalucia Spain last September 2025. I had been to Madrid a couple of times pre-COVID. Initially I was searching through TripAdvisor for the hotel where we stayed previously. It was near Plaza Mayor at Calle Atocha. Unfortunately it appears the hotel either no longer exists or has changed its name.
