Our recent stay at Catalonia Plaza Mayor did not go as planned. My wife had a medical emergency the morning of day 2. Hotel staff really stepped up to the occasion. They acted decisively in getting EMT to arrive quickly and my wife was taken to the hospital where she spent a week. As I left, hotel manager Marcos Gonzalez provided his personal cell phone number and asked me to keep him updated. He and I communicated ...

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We had reserved for february 14-february 17th to celebrate Valentine's Day weekend and my wife's birthday. We arrived on the 14th at 8am, way to early for the 3pm check-in. All we wanted to do was leave our luggage there while we went sightseeing and we'd check in later at 3pm. Stuff very helpful.
