Great hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Check-in was fast, wi-fi worked, you can stream your apps on the tv. Spacious room and bathroom. I would stay in this hotel again....

Inconsistent service, great location, decent rooms. Not quite sure how this chain won for the most welcoming hotel on booking.com except perhaps it was at another location. Front desk/check-in experience was subpar, especially versus other comparable hotels in different cities (Barcelona, Bilbao, San Sebastián). Perhaps it was Madrid that lacked hospitality?
Would hive kudos to the team that services the breakfast...

Beautiful hotel in great location for visiting Madrid! Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms are beautiful and entire hotel is very clean!! Great buffet breakfast at hotel. Small bar in a beautiful courtyard! Staff very helpful!...

I was pleasantly surprised by the neatness of this hotel. Everything, from the foyer to the bed and bathroom, was spotless and tidy. The corridors were also freshly painted. I stayed here for one night and was unable to use their restaurant, room service, or any other services, but I had a very nice stay and felt the location to be excellent. This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is within walking distance to a number of attractions and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Our room was on the street side but we did not find it noisy. We would likely stay again as we were only in Madrid for a couple of days and it was a good base to explore....
