I am so happy I selected this hotel! My son is studying in Spain for semester and I choose hotel since it is close to him and I am so happy I did! It is in a perfect central location and reasonably priced. I walked to every major site in Madrid from here. I went to Toledo for the day and you can walk to main train station at Atocha from here in 15 minutes. The staff was wonderful. My room was great. It faced the str...

1) The fact that I expressed myself in Spanish with the staff does not mean that the staff should not speak in Italian. My wife does not speak Spanish and many times, your staff, in her presence, despite her asking to speak to her in English or Italian continued to speak in Spanish.

Nice well located hotel. We walked everywhere. Great staff. Front desk person got me a coffee at 5:30 in the morning because I was wide awake and adjusting to time change. Lovely breakfast with a staff member who remembered my coffee preference each visit. Despite being on a lower floor and facing street room noise was very minimal. Clean rooms. Beautiful hotel in a good location. Check-in was fast, wi-fi worked, you can stream your apps on the tv. Spacious room and bathroom. I would stay in this hotel again....
