We found the hotel to be in a good location - easy walking distance to most attractions (very close to the Plaza Mayor). Our room was clean and the people at the front desk were friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty good - yummy cheese and amazingly good bread, tortillas were pretty good (and they had a huge container of Nutella with a pump dispenser). Our Superior Room was spacious and comfortable with good A/C and a good-sized bathroom and shower. The room was surprisingly quiet at night, given the great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the setting pleasant....

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Great location just a few minutes walk from Plaza Major. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and a couple of minutes walk from a metro stop. We had a suite and it was superb. Spacious, quiet, comfortable with a large bathroom and large walk in shower. There was plenty of storage space and complimentary tea and coffee.
