Excellent Service and Facilities!
Travelled on 06/2026
We had three rooms for a family vacation. What distinguishes this hotel is the service of everyone from the maids to other employees who greet you to the front desk staff and especially the breakfast ladies, Emery and Alexandria. Thank you for making our stay a good one. Your service stood out from other hotels we stayed at in Spain....

The shower door handle is has sharp edges.
The slip caused my wife to cut her arm on the shower door handle.
Also, she got a severe bruise on arm.
Hotel did send up an individual to do first aid.
Later in the day after we requested a non slip shower mat, on was del...

A lovely, well appointed boutique hotel, with a devoted staff in a historic building.
Travelled on 05/2026
A beautiful hotel in what was a family palace from the 18th century, refurbished and extended. The common areas are beautiful, with a grand staircase and meeting rooms with frescoed ceilings and one room with stained glass windows (the family chapel?). The room was spectacular, with a wide and comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and even left birthday greetings and cake...
