Superb Central Madrid Hotel

Superb experience at this marvellous hotel in a brilliant, central, vibey position in Madrid.
Front of House were outstanding in all aspects and the suite was spectacular.
An excellent perk is the 4pm tea/drink/ savory snack offered to guests.
We had an early evening flight and were allowed a very later afternoon departure !
A win :)

The hotel was beautiful and clean with excellent staff. It was perfectly located for all of our activities- tourist attractions, metro, lots of options for meals and snacks....

We spent 4 nights here. The hotel is well located to everything as well as around many little shops, cafes and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good with a wide selection. We recommend this hotel....

Absolutely terrific hotel. The attention to detail was great. When you check in you will find in the downstairs lounge/ bar (from 4-7pm) sandwiches and pastries, nuts, chilled water, help yourself to coffee included in your tariff,

Quiet location though very central with walkable access to the main sites of Madrid. Discrete entrance but palatial inside - after all a converted palace. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Large spread of choices at a buffet breakfast. Lovely 'touches' of afternoon tea and evening bed turndown with a chocolate. Very comfortable room with sumptuous bed and spacious shower as well as a kettle!
