7' from a metro station.
Very comfortable.
Cozy either a bit of modernism.
Value for money.
Very clean.
On the 4th floor some cars noise was slightly heard.
Very good breakfast....

This is an okay hotel for a night, but nothing more. There are too many things that could be improved, for it to be more than 3 out of 5. For instance:
Double room is two single beds pushed together, meaning they slide apart during the night.
One of the coffee mugs in my room wasn't totally clean.
The room is scoffed and dinged, and could do with a refurbishment.
The TV's "chrome cast" didn't work.

Great hotel, good service in Bar and Restaurant and breakfast. Staff was great easy to access and very helpful with request for taxis and places to visits....

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Elba Madrid was extremely disappointing. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable unhelpful and, at times, even rude, which created a very negative impression from the start.
The rooms were cold, and the heating system did not work properly throughout our stay. Even though we reported it, no effective solution was provided.

Lovely hotel , food was really good , reasonably priced. Best WiFi Ive ever had. Staff were very helpful, loads of restaurants near by...
