Late walk in at 10pm :-) room for 2, 3 nights
Travelled on 11/2025

Travelled on 11/2025
Hotel is old, needs updates everywhere, furniture in guest rooms and restaurant and lobby.
Room smelled of mold
Bed terrible
Breakfast buffet was the worse Ive ever seen, I ate toast.
Food in lobby was okay.
Rooftop restaurant doesnt have enough tables.
This is not a 4 star hotel....

Good location with busy streets all around, but room was quiet. Reception was welcoming. The room was clean, but a bit small for two, and the bathroom was a bit cramp. The breakfast buffet is abundant, great variety....

It's just an awful area to stay in and really put me off my visit to Madrid. We stayed in a Club balcony room which was roomy but the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear people talking in the next room. The break...
