The positive aspect was the view, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland and lacked flavor. The service was poor, the atmosphere was not very inviting, and the overall experience felt disorganized and inefficient....

Fairly good hotel in the middle of Madrid

Stayed on the hotel from 9th to 13th May. The location is perfect at least for our mini holiday. In walking distance to the Royal Castle and all the pedestian streets in the middle of the city. There are lots of restaurants very close to the hotel with very good food.
We got a good spacious room on the 4th floor with view to Grand Via. We didn't have any noise from the street and we slept fairly well on the king si...

Fantastic hotel in heart of town .. excellent roof top bar and views of the city .. can enjoy a range if snacks to meals enjoying the ambiance and city sunsets...

Stayed in this Hotel 4 Nights during the new year eve 2026, the location of the hotel is Perfect (east, west, south) walking distance to all the attraction, right in the middle of Gran Via so everthing is near you, the room is a bit dated, but it was ok for me since its clean, rooms service & staff are so nice and Helpful....
