I cannot say enough good things about Eric Vokel Atocha Suites. The staff are exceptional! I dealt with several different staff members and they all provided flawless service. I stayed in a one bedroom suite that came with a full size kitchen. There was a comfortable bed, roomy closets, a sofa, a TV with local and international channels, air conditioning, and black out shutters. A breakfast bag was included. I receiv...

Horrible check in experience. Not ideal location to see Madrid.

Horrible idea that reception closes at 5 pm. You cannot access the building after that unless you have the code. Having booked via a travel agent, we did not get any code from Eric Vokel! Why would you offer your suites through travel agents if you dont give them full information?! We had to call to ask about the code. This was an international call and it costs alot. Very average apartment in need of updating and some new decor. Needs new linens too! Our bath towels were thin, bottom sheet didnt fit the bed properly so moved during the night. The decor is drab and in need of refreshing. I havent been to the other Erik Vokel apartments but this one is in need of some love!! Not a nice street but the location overall isnt bad. I think the managers need to get themselves down her...

Lovely appartment but overall an expensive stay compared to what we got. Lack of cleaning on elevator, balcony and basement. Bad and boring location regards the nearby metro. Reception igen 9-17 and male receptionist (weekend) not that friendly. But lovely appartment and god beds...
