This was our second stay here. Our room was spacious with a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen. We were very comfortable and the location was perfectclose to a Metro Station.
Staff were very friendly. Shout outs to Wilber and Alejandro. Thank you all. We hope to be back soon....

Wonderful experience at Espahotel

The hotels location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and most importantly for us, the air conditioning worked well. We were there when temperatures were boiling hot outside.
The staff were remarkably friendly and quick to help us with any of our questions and needs....

Great stay at the Espahotel Plaza Basilica
I spent 5 nights at this hotel in June 2025. Overall, it was an amazing stay. The location of the hotel is very good close to various restaurants and bars, and also a short walk to the Bernabeu stadium. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room itself is also very comfortable. The only minor negative is that it took quite a bit of time for me to get the safe in ...

The apartment is very spacious and it has a nice kitchen and bathroom. The staff at the front desk is super nice and friendly. The location is ok, there are convenience stores close and different options for restaurants and bars. The metro is quite close same as the Bernabeu stadium. ...

A review of this hotel after a long time. Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a good choice not staying in the city centre area. The locality is so peaceful, nice and not overrun by tourists (sorry - being a tourist and saying that). The hotel room was clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen was operational.
