Very mediocre. My experience was especially unpleasant. I got a room on the 1st floor, right above the lobby. And the window sound insulation was horrible. The neighbourhood isn't the best. Shady night club down the street. Prostitute hang out a few hundred feet away. Loud, drunk and rowdy kids, in all hours of the day. It was a horrible experience.
And on one glorious day, in my room, just back from a travel trade ...

Terrible experience here, do not stay. Will not honor reservations and will add extra fees once you have no choice but to stay here. They wanted another $98 from us after we had already gotten there. I showed them the email confirming my rate, they didnt care....

Arrived, set in , following that night AC didnt work, no options available no room no fan. Walked out at midnight, And still fighting my full refund!!! Emails for weeks no answer. All excuses full of contradictions.Never stay in Eurostar!!!!...

The first floor rooms have both street noise and are open to the lobby so you can hear everything happening there at all hours. The rooms only have heat (no AC), so its unbearably stuffy. Definitely not a 4 star experience and not worth the price....

Eurostars Casa de la LÃrica is a cool, basic hotel with a fantastic location near Gran VÃa and Plaza del Carmen. The shower in our room was broken, and the nearby club made it quite noisy until 6 AM. Despite these issues, the convenience of the location made up for it. I wouldn't mind staying here again....
