Excellent hotel in a prime location in the centre of Madrid with all tourist spots extremely handy or various Metro stations yards away for access across city.
Hotel is quiet, spotless and modern with lovely well maintained breakfast.
Downside, no bar....

Excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. The coffee and pastries are amazing! No bar at night but just outside to the left is a lovely pub with great food. Also a fiver minute walk and you are in the heart of Madrid s eateries. Really great experience....

We booked a 4-night stay in this hotel, counting on the fact that the photos on the website represented the real stuff. NO WAY, the panoramic view is just the houses on the opposite site of the hotel, the bar did not open once in the 4 days, bathroom was style 2000, no toilet brush and toilet paper holder was broke. Best Hotel in Madrid, close ro the Center , and all the good places en Madrid . Great people , Andrea at the front desk great host ,nice, polite and friendly , Vero knowledgeable of the city entertainment. Great breakfast and clean and nice rooms . The AC in our room went bad and the give us another room right away . Will be back...
