We booked a 4-night stay in this hotel, counting on the fact that the photos on the website represented the real stuff. NO WAY, the panoramic view is just the houses on the opposite site of the hotel, the bar did not open once in the 4 days, bathroom was style 2000, no toilet brush and toilet paper holder was broke. Best Hotel in Madrid, close ro the Center , and all the good places en Madrid . Great people , Andrea at the front desk great host ,nice, polite and friendly , Vero knowledgeable of the city entertainment. Great breakfast and clean and nice rooms . The AC in our room went bad and the give us another room right away . Will be back...

Hi, I just spent 4 nights at this hotel in early june 2025. The location is just perfect. The staff are very friendly.... specially Paula and the management. The room was comfortable and enough large for a big city like Madrid.
Breakfast was good.
If you are into hanging out a large lobby and hotel bar... this is not for you. I don't and don't care how big or small the lobby is....

The location is central but not the best neighborhood. The pictures on its website are completely different from the hotel room. The rooms we had were painted dark brown. The bathroom is good size, though. The bedding sheets and towels are completely worn out. The cover sheet on my bed has holes and stains. We stayed 3 nights. They never changed the bed. We asked to clean our room. They only remade the bed...

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful, and helped with storing luggage and arranging airport transportation. The breakfast buffet was also adequate. The hotel is also located at a very good location within a walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran via and the Prado Museum. Will definitely stay here if I visi...
