I booked this hotel without really knowing much about it or its location. It turned out really well with a great restaurant and just a few minutes walk to all sorts of shopping and restaurants/bars....

A unique and charming hotel in the heart of Madrid, tucked away yet very convenient and fully accessible. The service was excellent, the buffet offered an array of delicious options, and the rooms were comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay and my visit....

This is an excellent hotel, located in a great location right in the city center on the Grand Via.
The main street in Madrid.
Clean rooms, excellent and welcoming staff.
Rich breakfast.
Cleanliness is evident in every corner.
Highly recommended....

This hotels abysmal hospitality is matched only by its incompetent front desk staff. We checked in at 9 pm (regular check in time is at 2 pm) and the first room we received had a nonfunctional air conditioner. After waiting well over 30 minutes for the air to cool (it never did), we were moved to another room that also did not have a functioning air conditioner. Great hotel. Greal location - at the middle of Gran Via.
The hotel stuff was truly kindly.
The room were like in the photos, very comfotable and very clean.
Will come back again next time in Madrid, For sure!...
