Very nice hotel. Smart without being too formal. Front desk (particularly Carlos) very helpful. Comfortable rooms. Excellent showers. Good housekeeping. Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Roof bar is beautiful with great views. Id be very happy to come back here....

Great property and rooftop. Great location by Retiro Park. Restaurant food is very good as well. Only complaint is a Spain and Portugal thing limiting how cool your room can be. We found sleeping as too warm. Would definitely stay at H10 again....

There is not much outside to tell you what to expect but the views from the top were actually pretty good.
The journey across the hotel reception and lobby bar was confusing with staff avoiding eye contact. Once we got upstairs we were given a table by the side of the pool.
