Very nice boutique hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff has been very helpful....

Great location, great hotel and great service

I stayed here between the 13/11 - 15/11 as part of a BA hotel/flight package for a great price when travelling from London Gatwick. The hotel was easy to find and close to the Principe De Vergara Metro station(5 min walk). I took line 8 from the airport, changed at Colombia for line 9 which took approx 40-45mins(inc waiting).

Above and beyond my expectations

From the moment we entered the hotel, I knew it would be a special visit. The staff is helpful and go the extra mile to help. The room is beautiful, including the bathroom ( love the soap!) The breakfast blew me away; variety and exceptionally good. The people attended to every need at the breakfast area.
If I come again, I would definitely stay here. The artwork is beautiful too. So many nice touches...

Loved the beds, housekeeping and Rooftop bar.
We spent every evening with the exception of one on the Rooftop bar. Our entire extended family stayed at this hotel for a wedding.
Housekeeping staff was very accommodating and lovely!

Wonderful! I am a huge fan of the chain in general for both myself and my clients, and I think this may be my favorite all around H10 stay so far. The room was so comfortable and well equipped. Climate control worked so well. The rooftop has gorgeous views of Retiro Park. Check in was easy and efficient. But what really made the difference was the team, especially Javier.
