very centrally located hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. The roof top restaurant has lovely views but if you don't like smoking then not the place for you, even though a roof terrace there are people smoking which still blows to other tables, certainly we did not enjoy and stopped us eating there after that. Would stay again but avoid the rooftop restaurant....

The room was roomy and well cleaned. There are a few reasons I didn't give a higher rating. The shower needs grab bars as the floor is very slippery when wet. My wife and I like to sleep together in one larger bed (industry standard in the developed world) not two separate beds that are too small for more than one person. The TV is nice and large, but did not get many channels (again, industry standard). The wifi an...

We booked several rooms at the H10 Puerta de Alcalá for our daughters wedding, and the experience was flawless. For the price point and location, you truly cannot beat it.

Very nice hotel. Smart without being too formal. Front desk (particularly Carlos) very helpful. Comfortable rooms. Excellent showers. Good housekeeping. Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Roof bar is beautiful with great views. Id be very happy to come back here....
