A very nice property, very comfortable rooms and very clean , a coffee machine, makes it easy when you wake up to be rejuvenated
The bathroom has good amenities

Beware Javier at the front desk! Quite possible the most rude person I have ever met. We arrived at this hotel 7 PM New Years Eve 2025 fresh off an airplane and hungry. Apparently most of Spain closes down on New years, including the hotel room service, restaurants and food stores. Even Uber Eats had no place to eat. I asked Javier for help getting my kids some food and WHILE CHEWING HIS SANDWICH, laughed at me and...

This was an awful experience from start to finish. We accidentally booked the wrong date and called immediately to fix it, but the hotel refused to help because it was a non-refundable rate. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, the staff were extremely rude and even hung up on us.
