Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of a lot of sites and public transportation. The staff are very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to open windows that faced an internal courtyard to get fresh air flowing. The breakfast buffet provided a lot of great options....

Our family of 6 stayed in three rooms here during our visit to Madrid. The staff was fantastic, packed a lunch for us the day we travelled to Toledo, accommodating our vegetarian and our lactose intolerance ().
The bartender was super nice each evening that we had drinks and dinner.
Breakfast here was a great starts to the day!!!
Would highly recommend a stay here!!!...

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is well situated, it has really well thought out rooms that are quiet and clean. The staff at Villa de la Reina was so personable, helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Not only did they give us so many suggestions on where to eat (where the locals eat) and ideas on good shopping streets (we found some local jewelry) but they gave us some great sightseeing suggestions as well. The staff was wonderful and they pleasantly and patiently handled special requests such as laundry service with a fast turnaround, tour recommendations, prearranging for an extra large taxi to the train station, and finding vegan dining options.
