The hotel staff employed by H10 Villa de la Reina is superb.
The front desk staff couldnt have been more helpful, from dealing with our early arrival, providing directions and offering advice. Mara, in particular, deserves special credit for her warmth, energy and effusive personality. Her colleagues are just accommodating.

This hotel is a great option in Madrid! The lobby is really nice and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous and has a huge patio! The location is perfect for first-timers to Madrid, right on Gran VÃa and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Its right next to Chueca, which is really nice too. Id definitely recommend!...

Stayed here with my two teenage boys. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was so spacious! The clarity the jacuzzi is more of an outdoor bathtub that you drain and refill each time. It was awesome at night for me to relax! Loved the location! Only issue was the room was really warm. All of the rooms we stayed in during February in Spain were warm so maybe just not what we are used to. They did work to get it cool f...

We booked a BA holiday and we're looking for a central hotel. Based on the good reviews, we booked a night in this hotel.
From the welcome drink and helpful advice on the best places to see from the receptionist, Victoria to the beautiful, quiet room with the comfiest beds, we loved our stay.

A Boutique Hotel That Misses the Mark

I have stayed in other H10 hotels, but unfortunately despite this being advertised as a 4 star boutique hotel, I found it disappointing considering the cost. Despite booking a double room, I found a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together. This affected my sleep.
