The best staff, the best location

We spent 11 nights at the Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina. The staff were very welcoming and their warmth continued right up to the minute that we left.
The location of Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina can not be beaten. No matter what we wanted, we could walk to. The busses 001 & 002 came by the hotel and often we would jump on to (mostly 001). Both are free, you just have to ask for a ticket, I guess that its to keep ...

Four ladies stayed in your beautiful hotel very recently and we feel the need to share our recommendation with future guests.
The location of the hotel is wonderfully central. Theres a lovely buzz about the foyer however never loud. From the first day we arrived until the day we left we were treated very well indeed. The staff are very friendly and eager to be solution focussed for all queries. Break...

What a wonderful establishment! From the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to the bar staff and right down to the breakfast staff, all staff members were friendly,accommodating, knowledgeable, and eager to help in any situation. I will stay there every time I visit Madrid and so should you!!...
