Great location, a stones throw from the Royal Palace. Withiin easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor/Sol.
Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in. Very comfortable bed..

We arrived at night and we wanted triple room. There were two very helpful reception called Yanira and Alain, they helped us with patient and show us the room. My family were so happy with everything about the hotel specially the reception who helped us to stay in the hotel....

Not sure if this is 4 star. Small rooms which are clean and basic. Good shower. Close to Opera metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very average with the worst scramble eggs and bacon we have ever tasted. Thank goodness for the continental option....

Noelia speaks great English she was very helpful with our phones also.
Rooms were clean and bright. The restaurant was very good. Loved the food!...

Handy for the Opera, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.

Very handy for central Madrid, walking distance to most of the major sites. My room was clean and comfortable but noisy as it is above the reception and the sound went on late into the night in the hotel and the street. A higher floor would be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful....
