Visited this hotel for 3 nights , it was very central , clean , surprisingly quiet at night despite its location. Staff were very helpful at reception

Excellent hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location (centrally located to facilitate walking to many attractions). They allowed us early check in which was so appreciated considering our long flights to get to Madrid.
Breakfast also excellent, lacking nothing (hot and cold buffet, fresh fruits, cheeses, etc).
I would definitely stay here again!...

Great location, a stones throw from the Royal Palace. Withiin easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor/Sol.
Friendly staff, quick and easy check-in. Very comfortable bed..

We arrived at night and we wanted triple room. There were two very helpful reception called Yanira and Alain, they helped us with patient and show us the room. My family were so happy with everything about the hotel specially the reception who helped us to stay in the hotel....
