Great Location & Atmosphere, the rooms were good, provided multiple luggage racks. The rooms were clean, though the bathroom was a bit 'tired'. I was only there for one evening, so I hesitate to comment on other features. I did go the opera dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent and this overall experience was great...

Lovely hotel in a central area of Madrid

We could not of chosen a better hotel, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect.
We had a balcony and that included a Hydromassage Bathtub.
We also chose half board as we didnt want to waste time looking for somewhere to eat in the evening ,once the day is done.
We found our accommodation was very comfortable, We loved having the terrace with the sunbeds . The breakfast was continental,plentiful ...

Hotels location is perfect for visiting Madrid, everything within walking distance. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, they got our aircon fixed on the first day and provided a fan for my husband. I had informed them prior to arrival it was a trip for my husbands 50th, when we got to our room they had left him a birthday message and sweets and chocolates on the bed which was a nice touch. Room was as expected...

Ideally placed to make the most of the historic part of Madrid and within easy reach of several metro/rail stations. Our room was very comfortable, with possibly the best shower ever! and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional....

The location was great! Within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, the Opera House and the Royal Palace. Wonderful hotel rooms with lovely, spacious bathrooms. Management encourages water conservation by reusing bath towels. Though plenty of towels are provided, the bathroom does not have sufficient towel bars/racks to hang wet/damp towels to be dry to reuse.
