Just came back after four nights here. The room and service was excellent. We did have an couple of issues with the bathroom but they were sorted in minutes. Breakfast is ok very basic, nothing is replemised and only one member of staff on. Location is excellent 1 min from the metro. Will return only down side is rooms are very hot...

We spent a long weekend In Madrid staying 5 nights. The location was perfect for sightseeing whether walking or going via metro to the many historical sites, art galleries, museums and parks. The staff were extremely friendly and I will recommend a visit to family and friends....

Very nice modern hotel in a very good location, just few steps from Royal Palace. The continental breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable, modern bathroom. The restaurant and bar in this hotel is very good, lovely food and drinks. We have been to this hotel a couple of times in last couple of years. Located close to Teatro de la Opera and to the old town. Service is excellent as staff is very amicable and serilviceable.. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended...

I am a 54 year old female who stayed there this past week (November 24- 29th, 2024) and on the fourth night when I returned to my room after dinner with friends (around 12:30am) I found the water in the shower was on.
