Not sure if this is 4 star. Small rooms which are clean and basic. Good shower. Close to Opera metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very average with the worst scramble eggs and bacon we have ever tasted. Thank goodness for the continental option....

Noelia speaks great English she was very helpful with our phones also.
Rooms were clean and bright. The restaurant was very good. Loved the food!...

Handy for the Opera, Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.

Very handy for central Madrid, walking distance to most of the major sites. My room was clean and comfortable but noisy as it is above the reception and the sound went on late into the night in the hotel and the street. A higher floor would be better. The staff were very friendly and helpful....

This hotel is very centrally located we are 3 women aged 56-68 and we were able to walk everywhere due to the location being so central. The hotel was very clean with a lovely bar/restaurant. We did the breakfast which was only ok as it was not very hot but there was a good choice. On the Friday night we did their tasting menu accompanied by Ópera which was a wonderful experience....

The location is excellent. It's about a 25 minute walk to the Prado which goes through interesting areas. The room is spacious as is the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and met our needs. The front desk was very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants within a two minute walk. We were coming from a Windstar cruise in the Canary Islands and arranged airport pick up and drop-off with hotel. The front desk staf...
