Madrid + Villa Real = PERFECTION!

We had an unforgettable week in Madrid and so much of that experience was because we stayed at Villa Real. The staff, our beautiful room, the location, the breakfast.....EVERYTHING!!!
Paula and Justyna, at the front desk, were delightful - super helpful, ever so friendly and perfect in every way. And I cannot forget Chris, at the restaurant and bar - he was charming and incredibly diligent.

Friendly and elegant hotel Villa Real

This is a beautiful, elegant hotel with an excellent location near the Museo del Prado. The rooms are impeccable and comfortable with balconies that offer breathtaking views of sunsets and sunrises. Best of all was the outstanding service we received from our concierge Justyna and bell hop Carlos. Justyna answered all our questions and gave us great advice on where to eat nearby and what to see first. I would love...

Perfect hotel for a short trip

I am just back from in a 2 night stay in hotel villa real with 3 friends. We stayed in a duplex room. It was so spacey, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony with plenty of space to sit. The location was just perfect. I was worried it might have been noisy but that wasn't a problem at all.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. I could not fault a thing and will definitely stay again....

Old world elegance in a good location

Due to a schedule change (ours, not theirs), we spent one night in a standard room and the rest in a junior suite, which was the room we originally booked. I am going to give my opinion of both. I rated this 5 stars but the two rooms were very different experiences even though they were only a few rooms away from each other. If I was in the standard room the whole time, the rating would be lower.
