Arrived. No outside bar space all inside. Small pool. Workmen workin in room corridoor Asked to move re drilling carpet etc moved ok- just down the corridoor.
Bathroom - no large bath rails to exit and separate shower either boiling hot or cold - no safety temp stop or obvious guidelines. Asked for 2 days to sort. Showered using bath shower head. Food/drinks not evident as in an event or dining room in hotel.ou...

We were mugged right at the hotel entrance door.
it was 8 PM. The hotel has NO security at the entrance! They have NO OUTSDIDE LIGHTS (it is dark) at the entrance......you are on your own.... The area is an office area and there is no one at night. It's a very nice Hotel but the security stinks!...

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful especially M. Angel, who was really kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay....

Tired looking hotel rooms

This is apparently a 4star hotel.
Rooms are very tired looking, plastering holes over the wallpaper, peeling sealant around bath.
Hot water was inconsistent- kept going from hot to cold constantly.
TV had no option to put the movies/ series to original version.
AC did not seem to cool the room down enough even after being on all night.
Staff at the bar were rude.
The bathrooms in the lobby were not very clean. ...
