Nice, clean hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful especially M. Angel, who was really kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay....

Tired looking hotel rooms

This is apparently a 4star hotel.
Rooms are very tired looking, plastering holes over the wallpaper, peeling sealant around bath.
Hot water was inconsistent- kept going from hot to cold constantly.
TV had no option to put the movies/ series to original version.
AC did not seem to cool the room down enough even after being on all night.
Staff at the bar were rude.
The bathrooms in the lobby were not very clean. ...

While the hotels quiet location near the airport and nearby restaurants was a plus, my overall experience was poor. The check-in process was slow, and despite booking a Triple Room, we received two single beds and a small portable bed, which wasnt suitable for a family of three. My boyfriend and I just returned from a 4 night stay at this gorgeous hotel, the aesthetic of it is beautiful, the hotel smells fresh, clean and all the staff are friendly and really helpful.
Our room was big with fresh towels each day and fresh bedding, only downfall would be the aircon let out warm air and in 34 degrees that isnt ideal, the warm was hotter than it was outside. The handy man came out to look at i...
