My first night in Madrid was at the Hotel Ilunion Suites Madrid. While the room was big, I was given twin beds when I specifically requested a double bed. In the bathroom, there were 4 very long hairs in 4 different places. These were clearly not my hairs. A disappointing start to my vacation....

The staff at this hotel are lovely. We especially appreciated Maria and Alex. I had a broken ankle and they were very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had many options including eggs made to order. The location was convenient to many shops and the metro lines. We appreciated the value for the price....

Great location and spacious room :) At the airport they had lost my luggage so lady at the reception Maria was very helpful and nice! :)...

Excellent hotel!!!! The hotel environment, lobby, front desk, room, lounge everything was awesome. Customer service 100%.

Terrible service makes a terrible hotel

The absolute worst service. Severely understaffed and undertrained, specially the male desk service. The air con of the triple room wasnt working and after 2hrs of ignoring us, they offered to moved us to another building with no help work bags.
The rooms are dated, towels old, breakfast basic.
Is not worth your time and effort and would not recommend to anyone....
