Not sure who feels the staff here are friendly! I have stayed here twice and the staff are rude and need training. Rooms need to be cleaned and dusted better. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, noisey rooms, rooms tiny to move around and designed badly.
Basically every person needs to do a better job, we dont stay here for free we pay good money, and staff need to make an effort to smile and be approachable.

hotel is average entrance was small lobby. rooms were very small. breakfast area too cramped up. we were seated outside the breafast area actually in the lobby. wasnt comfortabel at all. besides the price was too much for this hotel. too pricey .area was ok has lot of restaurants around....

The hotel is perfect located in a good area, closer to metro station (5 minutes walking), the staff was friendly, the breakfast very good and the room is enough for a business/short visit in Madrid.

Clean, comfortable and with only 5 min walk to closest metro to get into city. Only downside was room wasnt very spacious for 3 people had a pull out bed for one of us and not a lot of storage but we worked around it. Was on the 1st floor so could hear a lot of noise from outside so would recommend getting one higher up if you get the chance. Cupboard. That is the best way to describe room 414. The (wonky) TV is bigger than the window. 265 Euro a night for the smallest, darkest room I have ever stayed in. Clever website photographs of lovely terraces that aren't public spaces. Terrible value. Avoid....
