I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options every morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always making sure we felt welcome.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything in the hotel was beautiful and well organized, which made the stay very enjoyable overall.

Disappointing stay at what is supposed to be a central Madrid hotel. The rooms are extremely dated and clearly havent been updated in years. During my stay, a door literally fell on my foot a serious safety hazard that should never happen in any hotel. When I brought it to the staffs attention, they were indifferent and unhelpful. We picked this hotel for its location and style, it was a perfect spot in the city for walking everywhere. Nice standard of rooms, we had an inner courtyard accessible room which was very quiet and calm. Breakfast was very good, didnt care for the self service coffee machines, average weak coffee. Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Liabeny in February. I found the room to be spacious enough for my needs and it was clean! The hotel is in a great location for exploring Madrid with all the major attractions and sights within walking distance.
