Very good hotel with a few things to note

Great location on the periphery of the pedestrian streets and near the Gran Via. Easy access to major tourist spots and the Metro (though we chose to walk). The hotel breakfast is superbwonderful selection of all that one needs to start the day off.
The only drawback was the room. Bed was comfortable but the foam pillows not so much. The floor had not been swept/vacuumed/mopped in a very long time based on the thic...

The hotel is well-located, modern and clean. Unfortunately breakfast feels like an afterthought with limited selection and low cooking quality. Some items are not set out at the right temperature (e.g. yogurt is always warm). A hotel of this quality should try harder. Recommend getting breakfast elsewhere....

We just recently stayed at Hotel Liabeny, and our stay was amazing. This is our second time here because we had such a great experience on our last stay. The location is superb, near Puerta del Sol. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is professional and helfpful. Amazing staff at this hotel!

OMG! Unbeknowst to us were there during Pride week, which meant all the roads close between approximately 6 pm and 6 am. We needed to get to the Madrid Airport for an 8:30 flight. When we got our 5 am. wakeup call, we asked for a taxi and were told impossible because of Pride. Our concierge and front desk staff jumped through hoopes to resolve our problem and get us to the airport on time.
