I booked a superior room but was given a suite: the room was really nice, with a fantastic terrace! The hotel staff is always available and ready to satisfy your every request. I am always satisfied when I stay here during my business trips....

Recommended - Clean and helpful staff

The hotel is really good and service at the restaurant and bar was excellent. Good breakfast layout, good location and staff very friendly. Only concern was the checkout process where one of the reception attendant was a bit obnoxious in addressing our checkout. Reason I rate service as average.

I have stayed at the NHC Abascal many times over a number of years when travelling to Madrid for work.
Although maybe not the most prestigious or fancy hotel in Madrid, it is certainly my favourite. The whole team at the hotel are fantastic and make you feel so welcome and special as a guest there. The staff at the NH Collection Madrid Abascal were fantastic especially in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The service from Bogdan was amazing. The room was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and peaceful. Would recommend...
