Avoid room next to Lift

We found our stay to be extremely disappointing, especially with our room location.
During our time at the hotel, we had the lift running right next to our room. Every time it stopped on our floor it alerted the user, with a loud bell chime, this which obviously woke us up too! We had very little sleep. Mu recommendation, would be to deactivate this chime during night hours.

Everything just perfect, room (and bathroom) very large, staff very polite. The location is convenient to visit the city center, as well as to have a direct connection with the airport....

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed 4 nights there. The staff are outstanding. Natalie and Mareia at the front desk were so pleasant and eager to help make every detail of our stay perfect. David, the bell hop, was enthusiastic and helpful. We requested a room change and he jumped into action with a big smile to help us get settled into the perfect room overlooking the boulevard. The room was very disappointing. It was noisy due to the fridge and far too hot, even though the radiator had been turned off. Overall, it was a bad experience....

Excellent hotel of superior quality. Reception/greeting, checkout staff all very friendly and welcoming.
Breakfasts amazing. Nothing too much trouble.
