Excellent experience in the hotel

It has been an excellent experience at the hotel. The service is very good; I particularly want to thank the entire restaurant team, starting with Jose and Bogdan, who were outstanding in their attention throughout my stay. Likewise, the hotel facilities and cleanliness are very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Madrid....

Posh Atmosphere, Very Welcoming Staff and Value for Money

Ive been to the other NH chains, but this one by far was the best in terms of room, amenities, hospitality, atmosphere, the room was huge for a standard one, for the price the value was entirely justified. Will choose NH again next time I visit and highly recommend for others to have a superb experience....

The location is great. The room did not have too much natural light. I'm Gold member so I was expecting a "normal " room not this one ( I have been here before) ...

No, Im not being paid for this, nor is it a cheap plug. Its a shame that these reviews arent rated higher than five stars, as this hotelor rather, its staffwould certainly deserve them.

Avoid room next to Lift

We found our stay to be extremely disappointing, especially with our room location.
During our time at the hotel, we had the lift running right next to our room. Every time it stopped on our floor it alerted the user, with a loud bell chime, this which obviously woke us up too! We had very little sleep. Mu recommendation, would be to deactivate this chime during night hours.
