We highly recommend alejandro for such being amazing waiter to us and we really appreciate your help with everything, both on the work side and just the way you've treated us especially everytime we ordered foods and you still trying to understand and communicate with us, keep it up ... for sure we will come back again and look for your service until we meet again alejandro ...

What a fantastic location ! So close to so many spots: shopping, gardens and museums! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet included many delicious options. Beds were wonderful! Would love to stay here again!...

Not worth the price

I came 3 years ago to this same hotel and it was superb. This time, not only I had to pay DOUBLE for the room, but the bathroom was dirty and smelly, there was construction and the AC did not go below 20. The power went out also as we were getting ready for an event so - overall for this amount of money- $450 euros a night, it was not worth it at all. I was truly disappointed. ...
