We were impressed by the quick response to requests, the care and warmth of the staff, and the attention to detail. Some room for improvement - cigarette smoke from the lower floors was coming up to our 1st floor hallway (a non-smoking floor); sometimes they forgot to refill our coffee (much-needed by jet-lagged folks), and occasional banging noises (not sure where they were coming from). A big negative was the road ...

We highly recommend alejandro for such being amazing waiter to us and we really appreciate your help with everything, both on the work side and just the way you've treated us especially everytime we ordered foods and you still trying to understand and communicate with us, keep it up ... for sure we will come back again and look for your service until we meet again alejandro ...

What a fantastic location ! So close to so many spots: shopping, gardens and museums! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet included many delicious options. Beds were wonderful! Would love to stay here again!...
