Im a meber of NH Discovery club and regularly stay in their hotels which I always find excellent . However their Discovery club leaves much to be desired. I ve stayed numerous times in one of their 5 star hotels in Madrid but the points - which by now should be considerable , never appear. I dont think theyre worth much anyway, which is odd for such an important hotel group. They could learn much from Melia and oth...

It s ok, good location and rooms are fine, staff service is correct. For a decent rate its a good option in the area, however I dont see why this is in the category of collection within this chain: i dont find it superior than the nh lagasca. Doesnt worth the extra money, so for a lower rate I would go to nh lagasca...

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel and I was impressed by your team!
I arrived late, but your team was so warm and welcoming. When I checked into my room, I was delighted to find complimentary items the crisps at 11pm were great! The room was fantastic.
The breakfast was lovely, and the gentleman in the breakfast room even gave me an extra tea bag to take to my room as I worked there in the morning.
