Ognoring do not disturb signs

The hotel is ignoring do not disturb signs. I left my room and placed a do not disturb sign on the door. When I returned the cleaner was in the room, he told me that he saw the sign but his boss told him to ignore it. Reception informed me that they would follow up but I have not heard from them to date....

Locked Out of My Room A True Nightmare

On my last night at the hotel, I came back at 3:00 am and my room door would not open because of a technical failure in the locking system. After more than an hour and a half waiting in the middle of the night, at 4:30 am I was forced to sleep in a different room because staff couldnt open mine. Great hotel in a lovely neighbourhood in Madrid. The stadium is a short 5 minute walk and heading into Centro or Salamanca was all very easy using taxis /rideshares.
The rooms are well appointed and spacious with great showers and bathroom amenities
Breakfast offering was generous with lots of different stations to choose from.
