Excellent location right on Gran Via. Rooms are large and well equipped. Service is excellent; they anticipated your needs. The rooftop bar was beautiful. Thank you to Elsa at the reception, Isabel at the restaurant and Nathalie and Jorge from concierge....

Good Hotel but few Eating Shops Nearby.
It would be good if the Maps supplied were in English with eating places marked.
We do support the Spanish people and their language, however the International language of the world is English. From AL Australia...

Thanks SIEMENS for selecting this hotel. The location was perfect and very close to the Real Madrid stadium.
