Great location just across from the Prado. Good breakfast. Good to have breakfast included with the rate. Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. It's a solid 4. Front desk staff seems unbothered and while they were not rude, they were not welcoming and didn't greet us at all when we were coming and going throughout our stay. Bathroom amenities are basic and limited, only the essentials, no extra luxuries or high end products...

Lovely hotel. Very centrally located. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was particularly friendly to a non-Spanish speaking guest. They were very prompt in room cleaning while we were out....

Outstanding help from Álvaro, Guest Relations Manager

I was in Madrid in NH hotel dealing with an urgent issue that could have ruined my trip. Álvaro, the Guest Relations Manager, spent over two hours helping me with calm professionalism and focus until it was fully resolved.
He didnt just solve the problem he gave me peace of mind so I could actually enjoy the city. Im usually very independent, but Álvaro truly made the difference.

This hotel was excellent. Service, cleanliness, location, staff, and manager are like nothing I have experienced.
Highly recommend the location for any stay in Spain.
Even when there is a mild glitch they jump on things and make sure you feel cared for. I really enjoyed my week with them....
