Elegant hotel in the center of Madrid

Magnificent location in the center of Madrid - in front of the Prado museum and near the Retiro park. Many nice cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. The bus stops are just near the entrance. Overall, an excellent hotel with a very helpful and friendly stuff. A big thank you to all of them for making our stay so wonderful. Definitely, I will stay in this hotel again....

This is a wonderful hotel right across from the Prado and within walking distance of everything Madrid has to offer. Staff and amenities are top notch and the breakfast buffet was considerate of all nutritional needs....

Hotel in Great location, close to museums, shopping and main train station. Even though next to busy intersection. Room was v quiet. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with good options. Would stay there again if or when we return to Madrid...

We were so disappointed with this hotel. We paid top dollar, because it was a 5 star hotel int the heart of Madrid. Going into the room, we were shocked at the tiny space. No room to put a case on the floor. There was one chair. If we wanted to relax in the room, we had to sit on the bed. The bedside tables were so small because there was no space. In the bathroom, if one of us was at the basin, the other could not g...
