This is one of the strangest properties I've stayed at in a long time. The female staff were surly to the point of incredible rudeness the male staff were delightful and helpful. The air freshner used in the foyer was so strong and unpleasant I had an allergic reaction to it and had to sit outside to avoid throwing up. But the rooms did not contain this aroma. We booked two rooms with a view - the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The reception team were very friendly. We didnt have breakfast included and the buffet was about 23 each. Instead one of the mornings we had breakfast in the bar which was fine and much better value. There are lots of places to get breakfast close by.

This is was our first trip to Madrid, so I spent a fair bit of time researching hotels and this looked pretty good. I was wrong, it I turned out to be excellent, truly one of the best hotels weve stayed in. The staff make it so, they are top notch.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a variety of options every morning. Id especially like to mention Ali from guest relations , he was super nice, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations and any questions I had. Excellent location, within a 10 minutes' walk from the Prado Museum. Friendly helpful staff, very good rooms, amazing breakfast buffet....
