This hotel is amazing. The location is 10 out of 10, everything is in walking distance. I was met by polite, friendly, professional people.Especially I would like to say about Javier Roldan, who helped me a lot and saved my trip in Madrid. Perfect location and the hotel itself was excellent. Highly recommended.
Thanks for the wonderful people on reception, Javier was super helpful when we arrived very late on Friday evening.
I never normally choose to eat at a hotel but the Casa Suecia turned out to be one of our best dining experiences in Madrid. We returned thanks to everyone on the bar. Loved it.
