Splendid stay in Aranjuez

On our way to Madrid we pauzed in Aranjuez and spent 2 nights in the NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez. We were warmely welcomed. The room with view on the palace was enourmous, well equipped. The breakfast buffet was really nice, fresh fruit, a variety of bread and charcuterie, cheeses. All well displayed. in the afternoon we had a lovely walk in the Palace park. A great stay!...

a gem just one hour from Madrid. This hotel is great for people who want to have a relax stay for reasonable price. Ask for Alba... She went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed ...

Service was excellent but I put it down a little because I was really disappointed by the way I was given directions for an ATM nearby, which wasn't ideal....

At checkin they pushed me to pay a bit extra for an upgraded room, which I did since that included parking (otherwise you have to buy that separately). Room was spacious even by American standards; by European standards it was massive. It is directly across from the royal palace and my room had a fantastic view from the balcony. I did, however, have trouble finding the hotel as I was driving around on the wrong side ...

I'm so glad I stumbled over this hotel & lovely location! What a nice experience. From the lobby all the way to the room, everything said welcome. I enjoyed the clean, quiet, comfortable and specious room. The buttons by the bed to control all the lights was a nice touch.
