Charming hotel with responsive staff, great location to walk to major sites, fantastic rooftop view of the cathedral and Alcazar. Breakfast available in the dining room....

Great Madrid choice -- With one downside

Great location: An easy walk from the main train station & convenient (20-min walk) to most of the tourist attractions (churches, Prado, park, shopping). Great breakfast (an NH trademark) & our room on the top floor was clean, with a good bathroom & quiet day & night. Only complaint: We expected NH would apply our Discovery $ to our bill when we checked out, but they didn't -- and didn't even ask. Why does NH offer t...

Confort and relax near "The Retiro Park"

Reception desk was profesional and check-in went quickl.
The staff helped and wish to mention Jesus (22-04-2026) who new the tricks about a "Platinum" customer.
No possible objection to an impecable room.Slippers and bathrobes at disposal.
Coffe set and hotwater device in perfect order.
Fridge supplies provided.
Check out quick and easy.
To remark the zero noise from street and hotel corridor.
