My stay was truly comfortable and well balanced, allowing me to combine professional commitments with personal time seamlessly. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were ideal for work and relaxation, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers....

The hotel is well located, with easy access to good restaurants and shopping areas. The halls to the bedrooms could do with better ligting; but i've noticed this in almost all the NH hotels where i've stayed. What wasn't so great was the service at breakfast. On the first day, they had no gas and were unable to offer warm meals. There was one waitress and she was rude, not at all helpful, and made it seem like din...

What a lovely hotel, only a five minute walk to nearest metro and another five minutes into the centre of Madrid. The hotel was really clean, staff were so accommodating, and the food, well that was delicious and really good value for money, I would definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely return, lots to see and do in Madrid...
