The hotel is well located, with easy access to good restaurants and shopping areas. The halls to the bedrooms could do with better ligting; but i've noticed this in almost all the NH hotels where i've stayed. What wasn't so great was the service at breakfast. On the first day, they had no gas and were unable to offer warm meals. There was one waitress and she was rude, not at all helpful, and made it seem like din...

What a lovely hotel, only a five minute walk to nearest metro and another five minutes into the centre of Madrid. The hotel was really clean, staff were so accommodating, and the food, well that was delicious and really good value for money, I would definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely return, lots to see and do in Madrid...

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. We had a great experience. It is very close to Metro station and good restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid....
