Lovely hotel and staff. Warm welcome and everything was explained clearly at check in. Room was great! Clean and well looked after. We had breakfast included which had a good variety and was well maintained. Great location and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a city break to Madrid ...

The girl serving the coffees during the breaks was very nice and Gonzalo, the guy serving us during lunch, was very thoughtful through the entire meal :)
I'd recommend other companies to celebrate their business events in here, it's been flawless so far....

Comfy room within walking distance of the main Madrid centre - really helpful staff and fair dining options make it my first choice. Easy walk to the bull ring and a taxi rank outside the main door make travel very easy. Recently redecorated so all rooms are fresh...

Good place to stay

I stayed at the NH Madrid Ventas because a conference I was attending was being held there. Everything was completely adequate. The WiFi was not great and you had to pay for it to be less slow than the free WiFi which was glacial. Breakfast was good and a wonderful selection of teas....

Worst experience of Stay - Theft od our belongings

We had one of worst experiences of staying at any hotels across the world. First hand bag was snatched by a person on the doorsteps of the hotel and hotel had no security or cameras
Secondly we accidentally left our hand bags while checking out and when we informed the hotel, management told us that they only found bag covers but no bags which is ridiculous
Suggest to avoid this hotel at any time...
