Beautiful hotel overall. The room, food, staff, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everyone was kind and professional, and the stay would have been perfect.
Unfortunately, the internet was terrible during my entire 5-day stay. Since I work remotely, having reliable WiFi is essential for me, and every day it became more frustrating and stressful to deal with. To make matters worse, the phone in our room was not worki...

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at NH Ventas. All staff and especially the reataurant staff we wonderful and attentive. Carmen and Alejandro were very gracious and very accommodating. Recommend to stay and enjoy here....

Very average hotel definitely not worth 4 stars and the price I paid for 3 nights.. very noisy rooms and disappointed to what you get for what you pay for.
