Unexpected stay in Spain

My time spent here unfortunately was due to cancelled flight to NYC. The front desk staff Alberto, Yasmin and Julian was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms are big and kept very clean. The hotel has a well designed bar and dinning room which provides a great breakfast spread, lunch and dinner. Our hostess Marta was excellent and very attentive. Great experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable.
Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.
Except the parking of the hotel ( very tight place)I highly recommend this hotel....

Excellent hotel in lovely area of Madrid. Walkable to city centre also very good public transport links. Staff were very helpful even though it was busy with New Year celebrations. We would particularly like to thank Manuel on reception who was very friendly and helped us check in early - thank you. Wonderful breakfast buffet, hotel interior, gardens and very quiet well equipped bedrooms. Look forward to returnin...
