Perfect for visits to The Santiago Bernabeu.

This hotel ticks all the right boxes for me. I have been here three years running for a La Liga match at the Santiago Bernabeu, just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms and facilities excellent, lovely buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Especially pleasing to be able to eat and drink in the bar following a late kick off at the Bernabeu whilst watching the bar tv....

Facilities: It is a 4-star hotel with several years of existence; the lobby, elevator, and dining room are in a very old-fashioned hotel style. Cleanliness: Very clean. Surroundings: There is a Carrefour supermarket and other nearby places, which is convenient for eating and shopping; there is a bus right outside the door....

Receptionists and restaurant waiters were extremely kind in this 3 days saying in the hotel strategically located on the Metro station mid way between airport and downtown...

The staff were very rude ,not helpful, rooms are very small, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Our overall experience was very disappointing, I would not stay or recommend this Hotel....

Had a great one-night stayroom was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for what I needed. Wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities, but overall a smooth and pleasant experience!...
