stupid reservation procedure

a nightmare to reservve the hotel, over 30 emails, it'a been cancelled multiple times, rud staff when I told them, missed my ride from airport to hotel because you canceled my reservation, cost me 33 euro....

Good choise for business travel

The hotel was on a good location near airport, recently renovated, clean and quiet. Breakfast had lots of options and the bar served food later during the night. Personnel was friendly. The only thing I would consider is using the same towels for more than one day, as they do in Scandinavia, to be more sustainable. ...

My stay was very comfortable, staff was very cooperative. The hotel is far from noise so good to be in a quiet place.
City centre is not too far but one can take taxi or metro, metro station is on a 5-7 minutes walk from hotel.
AirPort is 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic....

Plus Sides. The room was lovely, modern and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. Very close to the Madrid football stadium and close to underground for Madrid centre.
Down Sides. We couldn't turn the air conditioner down, it was set at 24 and would not go any lower. We resolved this by opening the window which was closed when cleaned. My partner barely slept it was so hot! Breakfast stated you coul...
