Nice hotel
Room clean and tidy
Really nice location very central great for walking right opposite the Opera house.
Staff polite and very helpful
Can't say anything about the food as we chose to eat out.
If in Madrid again would not hesitate to stay here....

We loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous. The rooftop pool area was very beautiful and relaxing. The courtyard at the hotel restaurant was a lovely spot to have lunch or dinner. Staff was very helpful. Also, location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Madrid....

Great location, easy access walking to most things, but metro right in front of hotel for other travel.
Lovely reception staff, very friendly and helpful.
Room good size for what we needed, as out all day and only back to get washed and changed then sleep.
Saw other reviews on the shower being open, part glass is frosted other part not, it was ok but down to personal preferences. Toilet separate and closed door, only...

Staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative for me and my family (baby included). The hotel is beautiful and an ideal location, as it was our first time to Madrid. The room was great, but needs a little TLC in some minor areas to bring it back to the high standards of the rest of the hotel - but as a whole, it didnt impact our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We will certainly be back to stay at Ocean ...
