Amazing place to go as a couple. The attention to the guests is 100% one of the best experiences we ever had in a hotel. The room service was amazing (the cleanliness of the room was really good) and made us feel as a part of the family. Great location because it is close to the Gran Via. Highly recommend this place and cant wait to visit again....

This was our first trip to Spain and we could not have chosen a better place to start than the Gran Meliá Hotel in Madrid. The location is prefect right in the center of everything. Very easy to walk to all the historic sites. The hotel itself is exceptional and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff. We loved our stay in Madrid! Thank you Luca and Raquel in the Concierge, we so appreciate you both!! Beautiful hotel, located minutes from the opera, palace and Cathedral. And both restaurants were wonderful. Especially enjoyed the history, ambiance and menu at Jardin de los Duches!!...

Great hotel. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Staff is wonderful. Beds are great. The only things that could be slightly better is the bathtub situation in the shower, but thats more opinion than anything. Maybe others find that valuable. Either way, great spot and would definitely book again...

Beautiful Hotel with superb staff. Fabulous breakfast. Cannot recommend more highly, especially all the staff. My only criticism was when we stayed there were around 30 IT people staying, not well dressed, wondering around with laptops, and taking up all the sofa's. I didn't particularly mind, however not a good look for a 5star hotel....
