This is an amazing hotel as another guest said to me as I held the door for him. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience, I cant stress this enough and want to recognize Delfina, Julia and Pedro personally for their caring service. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Beyond the good location, nice rooms and spacious facilities, the staff at all levels was excellent. The concierge was especially helpful suggesting and arranging dinner reservations, and all of the teams recommendations were excellent. We especially appreciated Paulas help....

Best vacation ever. Personnel at hotel made our stay magical, from top notch attention to impecable facilities and greatest customer service ever. Personnel really go out of their way to make us feel at home. My partner and I just spent five days at the Melia Palacio .....it was possibly one of the best holidays we have experienced. The hotel was in a fantastic location, on a quiet street simply a block away from the Gran Via shopping area. Absolutely hands down the best service we ever had. We were members of their Red Club I think its called, so we had a separate priority check in and access to the clubs lounge.
Its absolutely worth having it. They have drinks and light meals available all day long, including breakfast.
