The Most Fantastic Hotel in Madrid

It is hard to to put into words just how wonderful our recent stay was at the Palacio de los Duques. Having stayed at both the Ritz and the Hotel Fenix Gran Melia on previous visits to Madrid, I can say without hyperbole that this hotel was far and away, a better experience, from first to last.

Unforgettable Stay & Exceptional Staff

We had an amazing stay. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade, and the staff made everything even better. I proposed to my girlfriend during our trip, and the team went above and beyond to help me prepare from organizing details to offering thoughtful complimentary touches. Their kindness truly made the moment special.

We stayed for a few days while visiting Madrid for our first time. We found the entire stay beyond amazing. The staff, service, and accommodations were perfect for a long weekend and close to everything centrally in Madrid....

My son and I just came back from Madrid were we stayed for 3 nights . We stayed once again at this marvellous hotel. Again its was the best place ever . This time we opted for a suite with a terrace and again it was really nice . This hotel is amazing super clean. We took the red level and it never disappoints. We will be back soon !!...

The attention to detail is exceptional from the moment you walk in. Ive stayed at other five-star hotels in Madrid, but this one is by far the best. The staff always greet you with a warm smile and truly make your stay more enjoyable....
