Outstanding! Beautiful historic building in a fantastic location. Close to Plaza Mayor and easy walk to transit. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Also exquisitely quiet as we managed to sleep for ten hours straight with the blackout shades! That itself is worth five stars.
We truly enjoyed all the hotel offered - the rooftop, while not much of a pool, has beautiful views and is a lovely place to spend an aftern...

This place deserves it's five star rating. Everything was excellent. We did the Red Level which we very much enjoyed. The concierge was very helpful and arranged nice events for us. Our room was comfortable and roomy. Service was great! The location was very convenient. We used the hotels courtesy van and it worked nicely. Highly recommended....

This is a wonderful hotel, full of history, in the heart of Madrid. Staff were excellent and our room #101 was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in rain shower. The buffet breakfast offered a wide choice of dishes to choose from.
The rooftop pool and bar were a welcome relief from the heat, with a nice view of the city.

Phenomenal location five stars all the way wonderful staff a extensive breakfast is offered on a daily basis that is unmatched the rooftop pool and bar are out of this world. The location is spot on. Youre close to everything but not in the middle of it so its not noisy. I would definitely stay here again....

Hotel is a gem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and bed linens were great quality.
Excellent breakfast. Location was perfect....
