We will stay hear for four days. On Wednesday there was something unusual in Madrid. We drove at the motor way to the west and it started snowing. It was 2 C and 10 cents of snow. The traffic stopped and we had to return. The driver said this has not happened before in his time. The ways were fully of cars and many of them could not rise the ways up. The shower was leaking and the water wouldn't go anywhere as like the pipes are closed. TV is not working. Everything is locked with parental control and they don't even know the code. I asked for water and it took one hour to get it to the room. and then they called the morning. I was leaving before like one hour asking to fix the problem although I have told them them when I first arrive and before leaving in one n...

I had a lovely stay at the Pestana CR7 Gran VÃa. I truly enjoyed the hotel facilities. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Although the bathroom is small, the shower is excellent.
The room offers great amenities, including a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff is well trained, extremely friendly, and always helpful.

I stayed here for a business trip, and while the location on Gran VÃa is very central, the rest of the experience was disappointing.
Room quality is average at best and feels closer to a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star. Facilities are underwhelming: the pool is extremely small, the gym is tiny with very limited equipment, although the terrace is nice.
