Room is great and I love the lighted mirror. Very accommodating and they even lent me an umbrella for those sudden rains.
Breakfast buffet is good....

Excellent experience overall. The hotel is modern and ideally located in the heart of Madrid, with the reception conveniently situated on the first floor. The rooftop offers an amazing view of the city, and the room service was outstanding. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. I stayed at Pestana CR7 Gran VÃa Madrid in June with my partner and was expecting quality for the price, but the experience was utterly disappointing.
My girlfriend's pyjamas were taken by housekeeping and sent to the hotel laundry during our stay without our consent. We discovered this before we left and notified them immediately. They then owned up to having found them, but would only return them if we paid 56 fo...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, close to main attractions, shops, and public transport. The room was clean , comfortable and nicely decorated. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again....
