Amazing rooftop experience with great food and amazing cocktails. The staff was efficient and quick and the vibe was amazing. Definitely a must when yourein Madrid....

Have stayed in both the balcony terrace and the amazing cr7 suite with my son before playing football here and we both thoroughly enjoy our stay. The hotel is lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic and of course the cr7 memorabilia is an absolute hit with my 8 year old son, directly next to the Real Madrid shop. Makes his time here playing football feel even more special and right on theme :)...

Arrival at reception was fine, all a bit slow, given an upgrade of room from premium to a room with a balcony, which on face value would have been good, but the room had two single beds (with single bed linen) rather than the king bed room I had booked, so asked to be moved to this type of room I had booked but told none were available.
