I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Madrid and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
New items that I had just purchased were taken from my room during my stay. I immediately reported it to the hotel management and cooperated fully with their investigation. You how good it is to keep it a secret . Great staff , great location , great food . OMG The pillows in the room
