Room is great and I love the lighted mirror. Very accommodating and they even lent me an umbrella for those sudden rains.
Breakfast buffet is good....

Excellent experience overall. The hotel is modern and ideally located in the heart of Madrid, with the reception conveniently situated on the first floor. The rooftop offers an amazing view of the city, and the room service was outstanding. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and comfortable.
