Excellent hotel - first class service and very friendly staff. In a nice central position to see the sights and close to Metro station. Would definitely recommend....

Hotel is definitely more like a 5 star! Staff couldnt do enough to help, complimentary upgraded room, wine and cake in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. Free sweets and wine by reception. The spa is incredible, clean and a great treat to relax after a day exploring Madrid. The location is perfect, very central and the hotel atmosphere overall is just amazing. Very calming and will definitely be returning! ...

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were so kind and we were so lucky to get an upgrade to a room overlooking the plaza. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!...

Brilliant view and access of Plaza Mayor. Excellent location to visit other places and is close to Sol metro. Hotel and room facilities are great. Many TV channels in English too. A little expensive, but worth the price you pay....

Snap rooms not suitable for two people

Very small rooms for two people. Air conditioning not good as bathroom smell comes to the room.very good location as it is on Plaza Mayor and very close to Puerto do sol. Breakfast is good. Have to keep on asking for drinking water as they give two small bottles for two people. Managed by buying drinking water from outside....
