Jose Miguel made our trip amazing! He was so helpful and friendly, his English is perfect! Helped us with restaurants and things to see and more importantly 1 of us got sick and he connected us with an MD and really help more than we ever expected! He was truly wonderful and made our stay so much better!...

First time in Madrid for the NFL game and the Pestana Plaza Mayor turned out to be the perfect choice. We spent three nights there and genuinely loved it. The staff were warm, efficient and attentive, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, the location was ideal for exploring the city, and the spa was exactly what we needed after long days out. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very comfortable beds and divine showers. Loved, loved, loved the indoor pool - it really helped with the relaxation. Loved the decor and the amazing aroma in the hotel. The hotel was just lovely. The location is perfect - within walking distance of many major sites and right on the Plaza Mayor. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable, the beds, linens and towels were top quality - But the best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality we received, especially from Javier. Beautiful hotel in Plaza Mayor. We love staying @ Pestaña hotels and this was no exception. The staff is friendly & helpful, the location is wonderful to walk everywhere.
The room was a great size for European standard & super clean & modern. While we were @ Plaza Mayor, which is a loud noisy square, soundproofing was great & didnt hear anything. Bed was very comfortable with tons of plugs.
