This is a very nice hotel. Great location. Walking distance to so many of Madrid's best attractions. The staff was very helpful and kind. Really good beds. Clean and orderly....

Fabulous Luxury Hotel where we felt pampered and safe.

The hotel was in the center of Plaza Mayor, a busy Madrid square with specific "Not to miss sites" all around. Yet it was quiet and peaceful in our luxury hotel room.
The entrance was discreet and in the corner of the square where we always felt safe to go and come.

We loved many things about this hotel, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (eg they were great with taking charge of my husband's mobility scooter, giving advice on restaurants, directions etc.) The rooms were pleasing (my daughter in law, who suffers from insomnia, said the bed was the most comfortable ever!) This hotel is fantastic! The location, the design of the rooms and hotel in general, the staff who were all polite and helpful, the breakfast, both pools. Really wonderful stay. The guest experience desk also made bookings on our behalf and they made you feel like it wasn't a hassle to do so
