Location, atmosphere, clean rooms, stuff are excellent. Manuel and Vicente are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has a variety of a choice and the view from dining area is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located for many of Madrid's popular visitor attractions and landmarks and was excellent value for the price. Almost every location, landmark and area we wanted to visit was within a 10-20 minute walk. And the stop for the airport express bus was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. We stayed at the Petit Palace Alcala hotel for six nights. Our double room and bathroom were clean and quite spacious.
The location of the hotel was great with many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance.
