The location is excellent, the service also.
You are at walking distance of Plaza Mayor, La Gran VÃa, and many restaurants. The rooms are not big but are comfortable. I be coming back...

The Petit Palace Arenal is a very nice, clean, modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. The room was tiny but since we were only there one night and we were out exploring the whole day, it was perfectly acceptable for sleeping. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is close to many of the places we wanted to visit by foot which made it very convenient....

Spacious, Spotless, and Perfectly Located!

I recently stayed in the Superior Quadruple Room at Petit Palace Arenal, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious perfect for us and a big bonus was having two full bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided friendly, efficient service throughout our stay.

I really like the Petit Palace hotels. Well run, clean, great breakfast, everything works. I have stayed in 3 now and all seem to run at the same great standard. Well done....

Worst Hotel Management. I would not stay at this hotel as they refused to cancel my reservation. I came back within a day to cancel the reservation at this hotel and they flat out refused. No accommodation for any special cases. Just a hard line. It doesn't matter what type of a hotel you are but if there is no basic human regard then you are not worth it!...
