Noisy rooms, noisy and crowded breakfast room

The rooms are badly insulated for sound. We could hear every footstep of the people in the room above. Every time someone above the room flushes the toilet or uses the shower, you hear it really clearly (We heard similar stories from other guests). The hotel itself is very centrally located. It is close to the Gran Via station. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was varied and very good, but what stands out are the two women who work there; Cathy and Zully. They couldnt be more accommodating....

Location of this hotel is excellent. Once you step out the door you are beside shops, cafes and a lovely buzzy street. Very easy check in with Laura who was very attentive and professional especially when we could not get the safe to work in our bedroom. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Madrid with very access to all of the major attractions within walking distance.
Rooms are large with comfortable beds. We were on the 6th floor. Air conditioning is not available at certain times of the year, and this affected our sleep quality as temperatures were in the mid 20's in Madrid and the room was very warm.
