A great hotel in an unbeatable location, with helpful and professional staff, a delicious breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. Definitely my new go-to in Madrid. Particularly enjoyed the convenient access to Madrid's beautiful Parque del Retiro....

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome....

I came here to stay for Miami Dolphins vs Washington Commanders. I really enjoyed my stay. It was so good I left the entire staff chocolates thanking them for such a wonderful time. I paid the extra $150 euros for the buffet breakfast and it was worth it. Food delicious. Rooms were kept clean and maintained at a very high standard. If the NFL comes back to Madrid I definitely will be back. Loved it....

Hotel is in and excellent location lots of nearby restaurants . It is walking distance from the museums and other tourist attraction The rooms are very clean The breakfast was amazing The staff was all very pleasant and helpful . I highly recommend this hotel...
