Perfect location, not very good hotel - poor cleaning, awful beds and awful bed linen. The breakfast was good....

Great Stay in Madrid

We were greeted wonderfully. The rooms are larger for Madrid. Spotless and bathroom a good size. Breakfast was amazing. Great assortment and they offered to prepare us eggs however we wished. Staff is really on their game at this property. Location is not were I typically frequent so lots of walking or taxis for me - plus I prefer a hotel bar for a nightcap. Great Hotel overall though....

Good room, nice staff, and a fantastic location to visit all the best museums. The restaurant next door was also very convenient....

I loved the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and it is close to everything. The staff, Nico, Cris and Fatima are just incredible and helped us all the time. They made us have a wonderful experience....
