Location is great. But hotel decor and modern style is awful! And doesnt match the stylish old looking facade or the style of the neighborhood. They do renovations in hotel and buildings all across Spain by destroying all the inside beautiful architecture and charismatic style and replacing it with IKEA vain, modern decoration that is cold uninviting and ugly. It is a pity!! New rich and youngish taste that I wont ...

Clean and tidy and good location.. a little bit clinical and lacks atmosphere.. breakfast was good, but did not use for dining at other times. Bar hardly used by guest but understandable when nobody serving behind bar. If you wanted service you had to talk to reception where they seemed a bit reluctant to serve after 11..

Although the location is great I dont recommend spending your money on this hotel. We had two stays in the past week. Our first room shower drain didnt drain. It smelled like a previous smoking room that was covered up by a horrible air freshener. Our second room air conditioning didnt work. There is little sound proofing, and its next to a busy street and plaza, and the hotel doors slam shut rather than a soft c...

Fantastic location. Clean and friendly city centre hotel.
A hop skip and jump from mercado san Miguel and Plaza Mayor.
Its right in the hub!
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was small, but bright, and quirky decor.
The bathroom was well appointed. Good shower pressure, with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
Breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone...
