Nice hotel placed perfectly between Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Very nice staff and amazing breakfast. The missing star is due to the loud rooms - we could hear everyone in the hall....

Love this hotel , the location is amazing walkable to everything. It's immaculate and the breakfast is very good . The staff are outstanding very helpful with directions and things to do . I booked the balcony room and it was perfect . I highly recommend this hotel ....

This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a brilliant location for seeing the sights of Madrid. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there was a good selection. The only faults is the noise coming from outside on a Saturday night and there was a couple of days we were left no bottles of water in our room. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay as a tourist...

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff and service were excellent. History and architecture of the building were incredible as well....
