Nice hotel, great location

This hotel is ideally located steps away from the Plaza Major and within walking distance of most of the locations that we wanted to see. The hotel is nice and has the ambiance of an old hotel with the amenities of an updated one. The breakfast area is clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed our daily start there. The room itself was nice and the shower was incredible....

Highly recommend this hotel and staff

What stands out the most about this hotel is the staff. They were so good. Thank you to Jorge. I was very unwell and they arranged a doctor consult. Could not do enough. Forever grateful. Best in Spain. The hotel was clean, comfortable and central in addition to being the oldest hotel in Spain. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options. Would stay here again in a heart beat....

Great old hotel in Madrid

Petit Palace is a perfectly situated old hotel on Madrid. The rooms are very nicely updated. The front desk staff ate exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was very good and only comment is the breakfast room can be a little busy at peak time. Would stay here again....

We loved the charcter of this old hotel that has seen so much living! Its central location facilitated access to anywhere in the city. Of course, a building does not make a hotel. The staff was greatwarm, welcoming, ready to accommodate!...

This historic hotel is full of character and ideally situated for anyone wanting to visit the centre of Madrid.
We stayed for three nights and had a room with a view over the street. The room was very comfortable and, despite the proximity of neighbouring buildings, we had no issues with noise.
