We went to visit the Christmas market in the Mayors Plaza and the hotel was in the best place possible. In a fabulous little area of quaint streets and shops but a stones throw away from the larger more modern side of the city. A short walk to the hop on hop off bus stop which made seeing the city very easy.

Situated in Centro cloce to Piazza Major, foodmarket, bars, cafés and shopping. Nice little hotel with helpful staff and execellent breakfast. Very reccomental....

Just returned from a one night stay at this lovely hotel.
Check in was quick and efficient and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The location is amazing and we was just a few steps from the Christmas market.
Our room was clean comfortable and just perfect after a day of shopping.
Breakfast was very nice with good selection.
Would definitely return...

The location is perfect for a city break as it is perfectly central to almost everything. The room needed some maintenance so not worth a premium price but it's a good base....

The location is fantastic! None better. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The furniture is plastic chairs and a small table. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. The four star rating does not reflect the condition of the hotel or its amenities. The reception area is cluttered with boxes and electrical equipment.
