Good quality hotel in an excellent location, only 100m from Alonso Martinez metro. The neighbourhood is quite high end and bars and restaurants quite pricey, though you get the associated feeling of quality and safety. If you want cheap food and drink there is a 100 montaditos next door. If you want a leisurely stroll it is about a 20 minute walk to Gran Vía. Otherwise just use the metro. We were initially daunted ...

My favorite hotel in Madrid.

I've stayed in several hotels in Madrid, as I travel there often. This hotel offers outstanding service in all areas. The staff is friendly and respectful. The breakfast buffet has to be the one of the best I've ever had. I immediately changed hotels for family members to stay at this fantastic hotel. Thank you so very much....

Excellent room, clean Ley Sk and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and very welcome. The staff are all very friendly. Overall a lovely hotel....

The hotel staff was great! The complaint is of the room. The wallpaper was peeling off, the sink head was moving, and the shower drain was not draining properly ...

Great Stay at Petit Palace Santa Barbara

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Petit Palace. All the staff were really helpful particularly Marcos. Great location near Metro which is very handy. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved Colosso (Gelati), Natif (Coffee) and Villa Capri (Italian). All of these are with 100 meters of the hotel door. Safe location with people everywhere enjoying outdoor dining. Day trip to Segovia by train. Would stay here again ...
