The hotel is located near where everything is happening in Madrid, just a couple of minute's walk away from Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other points of interest. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Victoria, Pablo and Sérgio stood out among them. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable; the shower is excellent. From the start of our visit to the end, all of the staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly positioned for visiting many places in Madrid whether walking or using a bus. Our room was very comfortable, clean and bright. This excellent family friendly hotel was perfect for our stay in Madrid. We traveled for Christmas with two teens. Clean, comfortable and with a great breakfast, this location is easy walking distance to the bus and metro and a shortish walk to all the major sites. Cant recommend it enough....

We loved our stay at the Petit Palace Santa Barbara in Madrid. This is a very nice hotel in a great location just a few steps away from the Metro. Our room was located in the front of the building with a small balcony overlooking the plaza. The hotel staff were very accommodating answering many questions from us. A very good hotelclean and with excellent staff. The breakfast was great, offering all the food and sweets you can imagine. The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, and all major attractions are within walking distance. Im very glad I chose this hotel....
