This hotel is in a very good area although a good 20-30 min walk from the main areas to see. Room was clean and good size. Madrid is expensive and this hotel cost as much for 3 nights as 4 nights in Seville. Rooms around the centre bar have windows out the the courtyard but noises can be heard very easily if you are a light sleeper, like me. Breakfast is average as its buffet & not very hot. Horrible customer service

Horrible experience! I forgot my bag in the room and called the hotel twice and they claimed that my bag wasnt found when clearly I left it in the room. The person that answered the phone was very cold and didnt even care that I lost a very valuable item and ruined the entire experience would never recommen this...

The hotel is located near where everything is happening in Madrid, just a couple of minute's walk away from Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other points of interest. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Victoria, Pablo and Sérgio stood out among them. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable; the shower is excellent.
