Great Location and Comfortable Family Stay

Very well-located hotel on Gran Vía, close to everything: shopping, restaurants, cafés The breakfast is decent and varied. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely return soon....

Location, location, location

My wife and I stay at this hotel twice a year due to its location on Gran Via and super friendly staff. It is within walking distance to every area of interest . It is a good value and highly recommended. A big thank you to Alicia, Carmen, Julita, Mayde, Paula, Nohelia, and the room service staff. See you next year....

At first we weren't sure about this hotel: Cons - Small room, 1 chair, ac not on for the season yet so no air movement, the room window overlooked Primark, the door was across from the elevator. We had to ask for a kettle and cups (no coffee, tea/sugar/creamer offered). No english TV channels. The plastic sweep on bathroom glass door torn, black satin draperies, harsh lighting/no lamps. I had a decent stay at Petit Palace Triball until my departure day. When I asked for a late checkout, the staff told me it was 'fine' and granted the request without mentioning any specific time limit or that I would be charged. I was shocked to find an additional fee on my bill when I went to check out. Despite explaining that I was never informed of a cost or a cutoff time, the hotel refused to remove the charge. I...

The hotels location is great since its just along Gran Via. The hotel is quaint and clean. Our room has just the right space needed for our luggages. The cleaning staffs were very helpful. The receptionists were all kind and informative.
