Fantastic Location & Breakfast, But Noise May Be an Issue for Light Sleepers

Its a difficult one to review because I chose this hotel largely for its location and excellent reviews and overall, it really is a lovely small hotel.
Location You couldnt ask for a more central spot. The hotel is right on Gran VÃa, directly opposite the flagship Primark store, so the moment you step outside, youre in the heart of Madrid. Public transport is extremely convenient, with metro stations and buse...

Great Location and Comfortable Family Stay

Very well-located hotel on Gran VÃa, close to everything: shopping, restaurants, cafés The breakfast is decent and varied. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely return soon....

Location, location, location

My wife and I stay at this hotel twice a year due to its location on Gran Via and super friendly staff. It is within walking distance to every area of interest . It is a good value and highly recommended. A big thank you to Alicia, Carmen, Julita, Mayde, Paula, Nohelia, and the room service staff. See you next year....

At first we weren't sure about this hotel: Cons - Small room, 1 chair, ac not on for the season yet so no air movement, the room window overlooked Primark, the door was across from the elevator. We had to ask for a kettle and cups (no coffee, tea/sugar/creamer offered). No english TV channels. The plastic sweep on bathroom glass door torn, black satin draperies, harsh lighting/no lamps. I had a decent stay at Petit Palace Triball until my departure day. When I asked for a late checkout, the staff told me it was 'fine' and granted the request without mentioning any specific time limit or that I would be charged. I was shocked to find an additional fee on my bill when I went to check out. Despite explaining that I was never informed of a cost or a cutoff time, the hotel refused to remove the charge. I...
