The experience was great. The receptionists helped with every request.
The breakfast was great including the waitresses in the dining room.
The room was clean and tidy every time we arrived....

No soundproofing in the halls!!!

Stayed one night. The room itself was fine. However we were right across from the elevator. Multiple families with small children running around in the hallways at 1 am screaming. There is no soundproofing at all. The room service was unavailable as well as it was contracted out and wouldnt pick up the call....

Great Hotel in the heart of Madrid

Petit Palace Triball was a great hotel during our stay in Madrid. The front desk staff were so very helpful for any questions we had, and the rooms were very clean and efficiently furnished for 4 people. The location was also wonderful. It was right off of Gran Via with several nearby restaurants, within a 10-15 minute walk to Retiro Park, and also near metro stations for additional travel options....

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to warn people, because somehow this place gets good reviews. This place is centrally located, but thats it. It is in need of some remodeling. Paint chipping, damaged floors, old ugly room furnishings. There was a label on our bathroom door that at one time I think was supposed to be cute labeling but it was all torn up and damaged.
