Perfect location, a few steps from Gran Via , with metro stations, shops, restaurants, cafés and theaters nearby. The Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Plaza de España and Debod Temple are easily reacheable on foot. The rooms are very clean and cozy (the only improvement I can think of is the bathroom door, made of etched glass and with a large gap to the floor, apparently an odd trend in european hotels). The hotel itself is in need of a significant facelift: the walls in the lobby are in need of a paint refresh, the elevator floors are worn, our shower drain failed (leading to the bathroom flooding), the bathroom door leaves a 3mm gap when closed (allowing for little privacy), there was mold/mildew growing between the tiles in the shower, and worst of all was the fragrance that is used for washing the bedding or is ...

Great location, friendly staff. If you want to be close to Gran Via this is the place. The area is packed with great restaurants, shopping, close to Callao's metro station and with easy access to all city's places in just a few minutes rides. Sonia was great helping us to find a great room....

Our stay at Petit Palace Triball was Great! My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable, clean and tidy room. Pablo and Joel, Front desk employees, were so attentive and kind. Pablo helped us in so many ways trip suggestions and additional hotel perk ideas. We plan on goiyback. Thank You!!!!...

Awesome stay!

The room was small but nice for a family of 4, the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was delicious (especially the glazed donuts ). The staff was so helpful and kind, they welcomed us from the moment we came and showed us a map of the city to help us get around. Also another nice gesture was lending us a metro card to go to the Bernabeu. Overall it was an awesome visit and we will definitely come back here ...
