At first we weren't sure about this hotel: Cons - Small room, 1 chair, ac not on for the season yet so no air movement, the room window overlooked Primark, the door was across from the elevator. We had to ask for a kettle and cups (no coffee, tea/sugar/creamer offered). No english TV channels. The plastic sweep on bathroom glass door torn, black satin draperies, harsh lighting/no lamps. I had a decent stay at Petit Palace Triball until my departure day. When I asked for a late checkout, the staff told me it was 'fine' and granted the request without mentioning any specific time limit or that I would be charged. I was shocked to find an additional fee on my bill when I went to check out. Despite explaining that I was never informed of a cost or a cutoff time, the hotel refused to remove the charge. I...

The hotels location is great since its just along Gran Via. The hotel is quaint and clean. Our room has just the right space needed for our luggages. The cleaning staffs were very helpful. The receptionists were all kind and informative. Our breakfast was always good and a particular staff, Elaine, a fellow Filipino makes it more meaningful since she can help us understand better some inquiries we needed. Overall, ...

Lovely stay at Petit Palace Triball. Cozy clean rooms and super attentive staff, room issue fixed right away. Perfect base to explore Madrid on foot, easy walk to sights and shops. Would happily come back....
