Sad experience in the hotel

Ok area which is easy to go with shoppings. Pick pocket in the hotel. Avoid it as much as you can. It is a shame that Madrid and Spain hotels become a hot bed for pick pockets....

Stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Madrid and had a great stay! Staff were really friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Tje air con in the room was great, though was frustrating that when getting our room cleaned, they had taken away the spare key for it so was very warm when we returned! The location is great, in between two metro stops (La Latina and Puerta De Toledo), but also walking distance into t...

A lovely hotel for a stay in Madrid

Nice clean hotel. About 15/20 minute walk from centre. Breakfast was great. We ate in hotel bar one night and got fantastic service there. Not hotels fault but we got targeted by a thief posing as a guest in lobby. Keep tight hold of your bags. Theyre very quick to steal and leave....

Lovely hotel! Great location, room lovely (clean, comfortable, working air con). Sun terrace/pool a huge bonus. Staff friendly and helpful, lovely bar area too. Would definitely recommend....

Great hotel, staff are polite and helpful. Kettle and fridge in the room, Towels and toiletries supplied in rooms and towels supplied at pool for swimming/sunbathing also a vending machine on rooftop for drinks....
