We stayed here for 3 nights in February. The hotel was nice and clean also the room was a good size for us, only problem with the room was that the safe didn't work. We reported this but it still wasn't fixed by the time our trip was over.
The rooms were cleaned daily and the buffet breakfast was good as there was a good choice. The staff were very friendly and even recommended a restaurant in Plaza Mayor to try. We ...

Good location, about a 20min walk into central area. Welcome staff who manage to check us in an hour earlier which was very helpful. Extremely clean hotel and rooms. Did not visit the pool or have breakfast so cannot comment on these areas.
My only complaint is the the wall to the hallway mustve been very thin as you can hear all the comings & goings off all other guests which is quite disturbing when resting. Othe...

From start to finish we had no complaints, reception staff friendly and happy to offer suggestions for trips etc, the rooms were simple ,contained everything we needed, clean and modern . Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was plentiful .would definitely return. Shout out to reception for the drinks and chocolates left in my sons room on his 21st birthday a really nice touch ....

Absolutely loved this hotel close to everything ,the pool on the roof was a added bonus, staff were lovely, hotel was spotless definitely hoping to return again this year and will definitely be staying in this hotel , madrid is such a beautiful city...

Good value for money hotel.
All staff are friendly and helpful from the competent staff on reception to the hardworking petite Spanish lady doing the cleaning.
Now hopefully some constructive comments:
Breakfast- plenty of choice, "hot stuff" could be a little warmer but there is a microwave available if needed.
